1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

• Has never had an account closed by Club 22 due to fraud or prior violation of terms
• Register for personal use only, not on behalf of any third party

Club 22 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a user's eligibility. Documents that may be requested include a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other relevant supporting documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account at Club 22. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances forfeited without prior notice.

During registration, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, current, and truthful. Information required at registration includes:

• Full name as per identity card
• An active and reachable Malaysian phone number
• A valid and active email address
• Exact date of birth
• Bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential Club 22 yours. Never share your password with anyone. Club 22 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Club 22 accepts deposits via a variety of secure and trusted local Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are processed in real time or within minutes, depending on the method used.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: RM 50,000 per day (subject to payment method limits)
• Touch 'n Go eWallet — processed instantly
• GrabPay — processed instantly

• ShopeePay — processed instantly
• DuitNow — processed within 1–5 minutes
• FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks — processed within 1–10 minutes

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Club 22 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified or unauthorised sources will be returned and the associated account may be investigated.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

Winnings can be withdrawn to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the member's name. Club 22 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and without unnecessary complications.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction
• Maximum withdrawal: RM 100,000 per day (subject to review)
• Digital wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay): 30 minutes to 2 hours
• Bank transfer (FPX, DuitNow): 1 to 3 business hours
• Withdrawals requiring KYC review: up to 24 business hours

Before your first withdrawal is processed, Club 22 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) in order to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. This process is typically completed within 24 business hours upon receipt of the required documents.

Withdrawals will not be processed if there are outstanding rollover requirements tied to any accepted bonus. Please review the relevant bonus terms before submitting a withdrawal request.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

From time to time, Club 22 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to registered members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. General terms applicable to all bonuses Club 22 are as follows:

• Each member may claim each type of bonus once only unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses cannot be directly withdrawn as cash without first meeting the rollover requirements
• Standard rollover requirements range from 5x to 20x depending on the type of bonus received
• Bonuses are only valid for use within the stated time period — expired bonuses will be automatically voided
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved
• Club 22 reserves the right to void any bonus where fraud or promotional abuse is suspected

Club 22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. All decisions Club 22 regarding all bonus disputes is final and binding.

7Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the platform Club 22 — covering online slots, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger), table games, and lottery — are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or real human dealers for live casino games.

Specific rules for each game can be found in the respective game help section. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of a game before placing any bets. Club 22 not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to understand the game rules.

• The outcome of all games is final and not subject to dispute unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, Club 22 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager
• Confirmed and accepted bets cannot be cancelled by the player
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions

8Sports Betting & Special Events

Club 22 provides sports betting markets covering the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, international badminton, e-sports, and a wide range of other sporting events. All sports bets are subject to the following additional rules:

• Odds displayed are current and subject to change before the bet is confirmed
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final, even if the odds change afterwards
• If a match is postponed by more than 48 hours from its original scheduled time, all wagers will be refunded to players
• For live betting, odds are updated in real time and may differ from the original odds
• In the event of an obvious odds error due to a technical fault, Club 22 reserves the right to void the bet in question
• Betting markets for an event will close once the event begins, except for designated live betting markets

Club 22 reserves the right to void or reject any bet suspected of being placed based on insider information or in breach of sports betting integrity. The decision of Club 22 in this regard is final.

9Prohibited User Conduct

User Club 22 are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on our platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering or using multiple accounts for any purpose
• Using automated software, bots, or other technical tools to play or place bets
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting any bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in the system Club 22
• Using the platform Club 22 for money laundering or any other illegal activities
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process
• Transferring funds between accounts Club 22 without authorisation
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving in an offensive manner toward staff Club 22

10Account Closure & Suspension

Club 22 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, or at the request of a relevant authority.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support Club 22. Before an account closure is processed, all outstanding rollover requirements must be fulfilled, or the associated bonus will be forfeited.

• Valid balances in accounts closed at a member's request will be returned within 3–5 business days
• Balances in accounts closed due to violation of the Terms & Conditions may be forfeited, subject to the outcome of an investigation
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 5

11Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Club 22 provides its platform "as is" and makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times free of interruptions, errors, or delays. That said, we are committed to maintaining high uptime and notifying members of any scheduled maintenance.

To the extent permitted by law, Club 22 will not be liable for:

• Winnings lost as a result of technical disruptions beyond our control Club 22
• Losses arising from betting decisions made based on inaccurate information
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password

Maximum liability amount Club 22 to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member within the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

12Amendments to Terms & Applicable Laws

Club 22 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform Club 22 after the effective date of any amendment will be considered as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.
